You don’t have to be afraid of the technology I can talk and listen to you whether that you are a company director or a retired person.  An effective dialogue will be maintained from start to finish. After problem determination no chargeable work will be carried out without your agreement to proceed.

The service that I provide to you has your privacy and trust as my highest priorities. Your home and any personal information are regarded with strict confidentiality. There will be non disclosure of all your data. Alternatively your PC may be taken away for diagnostics and subsequent repair or upgrade.

Speedy and friendly services are guaranteed. My service approach is corporate style (having worked as such for 30+ years) with trust and integrity ingrained into my contact with customers. No unnecessary chargeable work will be performed knowingly. Whenever possible I shall listen to your choice of either least cost or optimal performance repair/upgrade work.
